# Codex Workspace Instructions

- It is fine to restart the KaiChat server when a restart is needed for build, runtime, or verification work.
- Only run one KaiChat server at a time. Use the standard `http://localhost:5200` server for normal local work; restart the existing server instead of spawning a duplicate or alternate-port instance unless Raymond explicitly asks for that.
