**Thursday 28/05/2026 — ER visit during work shift:**
- Symptoms: hot, cold sweat, lightheadedness → left-side chest sensation under breast → nausea
- HR hit 140 during walking. Two ECGs clear. Two blood tests clear. Cannula placed.
- Discharged with medical certificate for Friday 29/05/2026.
- Blood sugar during shift: 14.7 → 13.9 → 13.4 → 12.7 (dropping with 22 units NovoRapid on board)

**Saturday 30/05/2026 — Insulin hypo:**
