# Health Context

## Diabetes
- Type 1 diabetes since mid-2011 (14+ years).
- Uses NovoRapid insulin (doses vary; typical 20 units for correction, up to 70 units for heavy dose).
- CGM: Libre sensor; uses Juggluco app with xDrip proxy to upload to Nightscout.
- Often wakes up with high blood sugar; difficulty predicting overnight trends.
- Hypo symptoms include shaking, confusion, sometimes excessive urination.
- Recent hypo: 2.9 on Jan 2, 2026 (corrected).
- Projected lifespan of ~59 years.
- Heat and physical work increase insulin sensitivity; can reduce need for extra insulin despite extra coffee.

## Injuries & Pain
- **Hand**: Fell in Nov 2021; chronic pain, accelerated arthritis. MRI found no structural damage. Pain managed with cannabis.
- **Knee**: Chronic pain (unspecified). New joint pain appeared on Jan 7, 2026 while vacuuming; resolved after cannabis and joint cracking.
- **Genital**: Chastity cage mechanical failure ~Nov 29, 2025. Testicular bruising, cord injury. As of Jan 10, 2026: daily pain gone but still sensitive to touch; masturbation inconsistently painful (sometimes hurts, sometimes not). Healing timeline extended to end of Feb 2026 at earliest. Vagus nerve pinged once (Jan 9).

## Mental Health
- Depression, anhedonia, species dysphoria.
- Insomnia (sleeps in short fragments; occasionally hypersomnia). Summer heat worsens insomnia.
- Childhood trauma (father's abuse).
- Fluoxetine 40mg daily (missed doses cause withdrawal anxiety if >60mg in 24h).

## Vision & Hearing
- Short-sighted; wears glasses.
- Right ear malformation (in-ear earbuds don't stay in).

## Medication & Substances
- Prescribed medical cannabis (vaped at 172–200°C). Cannabis can sometimes increase sexual arousal, complicating injury recovery.
- Alcohol occasionally (passionfruit vodka). Not a heavy drinker.
- Previously used psilocybin microdosing (misses it).

## General
- Heat sensitive; living situation with inadequate AC makes health worse.
- Frequent urination (high blood sugar or heat).
- Projected lifespan ~59 years due to diabetes complications.
