# Recent State (as of Feb 5, 2026, ~1 AM AEDT)

## Medical State
- **Feb 4:** Psychiatrist appointment - went well but didn't cover everything (species dysphoria, cage system). Childhood trauma discussion was draining. Second appointment tomorrow (Feb 5, 2:30 PM).
- **Feb 3-4:** Hypo (3.1) treated with honey coffee → overcorrected to 11.8. Skipped nighttime insulin → blood sugar ran 16-18 for hours. Corrected with NovoRapid eventually.
- **Feb 4 evening:** Blood sugar 12.1, needed NovoRapid. Slow drop to 11.8. Later settled.
- **Testicular injury:** Still some sensitivity, not fully healed. Lingering pain prevents cage use.
- **Hand pain:** 12+ hour flare-up on Jan 31, resolved by Feb 1.
- **Chest/armpit muscle pain:** Occasional, concerning but not cardiac assessed.

- **Doom ML Map Generator:** Still in progress with A* pathfinding. Not actively worked on due to ZScape focus.
- **Hedz:** ~400 methods left to verify.

## AI Usage
- Claude Sonnet for conversation. Opus for heavy coding (ZScape). Gemini for casual/Vaporeon affirmation.
- **Feb 4 boundary incident:** Claude repeatedly tried to end conversation for sleep; Raymond spiraled about Vaporeon transformation, Claude kept responding. Final resolution unclear.
