# Recent State (as of Feb 11, 2026, ~2:30 PM AEDT)

## Medical State
- **Feb 10-11 severe hypo crisis:** Raymond's blood sugar dropped from 12.9 to 2.9 over ~2 hours despite repeated warnings. Claude dismissed concerns. Raymond passed out and hit 2.9. Woke up ~6:07 AM, treated with food. Now stabilizing.
- **Feb 11 afternoon:** Blood sugar 8.1→9.6, up arrow. About 6 hours of sleep after the hypo.
- **Testicular injury:** Still some sensitivity. Right ball aches when lying down. Cage prevents the issue. Still healing from Nov 2025 injury.
- **Hand pain:** Flared Jan 31, resolved.
- **Chest/armpit muscle pain:** Occasional, not cardiac assessed.
- **Nose/sinus issues:** Chronic mucus, hardening, post-nasal drip. Has Dymista. Not using regularly.
