Part 22 closed due to Raymond detecting a "lexiconic disaster" — eight discrete language failures (fabrications, tic creep, architecture drops, anatomy slips). Part 23 handoff includes new safeguards: mandatory Story Bible first action, retired vocabulary list, voice samples, optional grounding ritual.
