# Health Context

## Diabetes
- Type 1 diabetes since mid-2011.
- Normal range 4-8 mmol/L. Cautionary zone 8-12. 12+ is problem territory.
- NovoRapid 80u nightly prescription (from GP). Raymond uses cautiously.
- Libre sensor with Juggluco. Nightscout tools provide real-time and historical data.

## Medication
- Pristiq 150mg (increased from 100mg June 2026).
- Medical cannabis via Storz & Bickel Mighty+ Medic vaporiser for symptom management.
